DIRECTING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE PLANS
(Boszhardt Sewer Project)
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
Project which will provide sewer to the Lemke and Lindhorst
necessary plans be prepared to proceed with the Boszhardt Sewer
properties north of Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has been requested to draft an
agreement between the parties involved.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Mielke, to prepare the necessary plans for the Boszhardt Sewer
Committee, does hereby direct the city engineers, Ruekert &
Project to provide sewer to the Lemke and Lindhorst properties
north of Janesville Road.
