ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE - SOBEK WELL
(Bass Bay Sewer Project)

WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the Bass Bay Sewer Project it
is necessary to relocate the well on the Sobek property, and
WHEREAS, Supt. Bertram has obtained the following quotes:
Kenneth J. Sweene
6 inch drilled we?1 at $14.75/ft.($1,475 minimum)
1 forged drive shoe 60.00
1 well seal 20 .oo
State Water Test 10.00
112 H.P. Pump $1,475.00
David Acker & Sons % inch drilled well at $13.50/ft.(with 80 ft. minimum)
Drive shoe, well cap
112 H.P. Pump $1 ,350.00, and
and well permit 75 -00
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee and the Finance Committee
have recommended that the low quote received from David Acker &
Sons be accepted with funds to be obtained from TID #4.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee
David Acker & Sons for the well on the Sobek Property on Sobek
and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low quote of
Lane as shown above, with funds to be obtained from TID #4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name
of the City.
