AND SPECS FOR TESS CORNERS/GAULKE DRIVE DRAINAGE PROJECT
DIRECTING RUEKERT & MIELKE TO PREPARE FINAL PLANS

WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the Tess Corners/Gaulke Drive
Drainage Project it is necessary to have the final plans and
specifications prepared and submitted to the DNR for approval,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
plans be prepared, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee authorized the expenditure of
TID #2 funds in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the
upgrading of the Tess Corners Waterway in Reso. #130-83.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee, does hereby direct Ruekert & Mielke to prepare the
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Drive Drainage Project for submittal to the DNR for approval,
final plans and specifications for the Tess Corners/Gaulke
with funds to be obtained from TID #Z.
