CCR1984160RESOLUTION #160-84 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COUNTER-OFFER PURCHASE OF CITY-OWNED LOT (Nowitzke) WHEREAS, in Reso. #127-84 As Amended, the Council directed the City Attorney to prepare the formal Offer to Purchase for a Michael Nowitzke for $1,925 plus title and engineering costs to portion of city-owned property on Lochcrest Blvd. to be sold to become buyer's responsibility, with a closing date of August 31 , 1984, and WHEREAS, a formal Offer to Purchase was received from Mr. Nowitzke, and the attached Counter-Offer prepared by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the Counter-Offer. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the Counter-Offer and authorizes the Mayor with the sale of a portion of City-owned property on Lochcrest and Clerk to execute the necessary documents in conjunction Blvd. to Michael Nowitzke.
