DIRECTING CITY ATTORNEY TO OBTAIN NECESSARY
EASEMENTS FOR THE ST. PAUL EAST DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended
construction of a storm drainage project along the east
property line of St. Paul's Ev. Lutheran Church, and
WHEREAS, it is required to obtain the necessary easement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
Committee, does hereby direct the City Attorney to obtain the
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
necessary easement for the St. Paul East Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the Plan Commission.
