APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(R. Simandl)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Richard Simandl to install a holding tank to serve his property
at W191 S9475 Racine Avenue in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, approval has also been requested from the Waukesha
County Health Department, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby approve the installation of a holding
tank to serve the property owned by Richard Simandl at W191 S9475 Racine Avenue in the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
herewith.
