DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO OBTAIN NECESSARY
EASEMENTS FOR THE LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City plans to proceed with the Ladwig Drive Sewer
Project, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have advised that in order to
proceed with this project certain easements are required, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
necessary easements be obtained.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Attorney to prepare
the necessary easements for the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project,
with funds from TID #4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the acquisition of said easements
shall be subject to Plan C sion approval.
