AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIP FUNDS
ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY - DENOON PARK
WHEREAS, in order to obtain LAWCON funds for the Denoon Park
project, an archaeological survey is required, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee
have recommended expenditure of TIF funds not to exceed $1,500
from TID #1 for this survey.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation
Board and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
expenditure of TID #1 funds not to exceed $1,500 for an
Archaeological Survey of Denoon Park. -
