DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
Frank Switala
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Frank Switala for
legal lot status of Lot 4, Block 1 in Bass Grove, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial as this
district is zoned RS-3 OED which requires minimum lot size of
11,250 sq. ft. and this lot is 4,300 sq. ft. in area, and this
area is of high density.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Block 1 in Bass Grove, because the lot does not meet the size
does hereby deny legal lot status to Prank Switala for Lot 4,
requirements of this district and the area is of high denisty.
