APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Harry Bennett
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel redivision of the Harry Bennett property on Garnet
Drive, OakRidge Subdivision, in the NW 1/4 of Section 4, and
WEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, waiving
the road dedication requirement.
NOW, THERZFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Xuskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
on Garnet 3rive, OakRidge Subdivision, in the NW 1/4 of Section
finalize a one parcel redivision of the Harry Bennett property
4, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTH9R RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
af the S25.X submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
