FOR SOIL BORINGS - LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that soil borings be
taken for the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended approval of
expenditure of TID #4 funds not to exceed $3,000, to obtain
soil borings for the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the City's consulting
engineers, Ruekert & Mielke to obtain soil borings for the
Ladwig Drive Sewer Project with the cost not to exceed $3,000
with funds to be obtained from TID #4.
