EXTENSION OF CONTRACT AND PERMIT FOR
LANDFILL SITE
WHEREAS, the contract and permit between the City of Muskego,
Carl Wauer and Lydia Wauer and Waste Management of Wisconsin,
Inc. expires December 31, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended an
increase of $5,000 to the annual fee and approval of the
contract after review by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the terms of the re-written contract and permit are
included in the attached document.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
the attached document in the name of the City, subject to the
amount of $20,000 per year to be included as the annual permit
fee for the life of the existing landfill site.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the contract by the City Attorney.
