ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR SEWER PROJECT BASS BAY
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee of the Common Council has
been authorized to advertise for bids for the proposed Bass Bay
Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received for Project MSS-1-
84 :

WHEREAS, the Engineer for the City of Muskego and the Public
Sewer Committee has recommended that the bid for Project MSS-1-84
be awarded to D. F. Tomasini-Waukesha.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City Of Muskego does hereby award the bid for the Bass Bay Sewer Project
being approved resulting in a reduction of $7,000 from the Base
(MSS-1-84) to D. F. Tomasini-Waukesha, with Alternate Item #1
Bid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Contract is to be awarded to D.
F. Tomasini-Waukesha in the amount of $309,115.
hereby authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk and the Mayor are
Muskego, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
