AUTHORIZING THE FILLING OF THE CADET POSITION
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WREREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego created
the position of temporary cadet for the Police Department in
1 974; and
WHEREAS, the position was created in order that young people
interested in making law enforcement their life career can
receive the proper training; and
WHEREAS, a request has been made to refill the position in
the event that an application of a present cadet is elevated to
the rank of telecommunicator, thus creating a vacancy in the
cadet's position.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Police Chief to take
whatever action is necessary to fill the position of Police Cadet
in the Police Department, in the event that it becomes vacant.
