APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Area of Tess Corners Retention Pond
City-Owned Property
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the City-owned property in the NE 114
and
of Section 2 in the area of the Tess Corners Retention Pond,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the City-owned property in
the NE 114 of Section 2 in the area of the Tess Corners
Retention Pond.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Common
Council to invoke its prerogative to be exempt from the land
dedication fee.
