RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT FOR STATE
SAND h GRAVEL AND PAYNE AND DOLAN
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a renewal
of Conditional Use Grant W37 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that the permit be granted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and does hereby approve the renewal of Conditional
Use Grant 837 for an extractive permit for State Sand and
Gravel and Payne and Dolan of Wisconsin for the period from
July 2, 1984 to July 2. 1985.
BE IT FUKTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of a $125,000 restoration bond. 0
