TRANSFER OF STATE SHARED REVENUE FUNDS
TO SEWER UTILITY BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee is establishing a sewer
usage rate based on an operating budget for 1985. and
WHEREAS, the City benefits through the State Shared Revenue
formula because of the money expended for the sewer budget, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended that those funds
be transferred from the City's Operating Budget to the Sewer
Utility Budget, and
WHEREAS, the City's Financial Consultant has determined that
approximately $70,000 is the additional State Shared Revenue
received because of the sewer aidable revenue.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intent of the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Public Sewer Committee, to transfer those dollars to the Sewer
Utility Operating Budget of 1985 which the City receives
because the Sewer Utility Budget is computed into the State
Shared Revenue formula.
