AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PROCEED
WITH FORMAL OFFER TO PURCHASE CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY (Nowitzke-Lochcrest Lot)
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the sale of the city-

WHEREAS, adjoining property owner Michael Nowitzke has
submitted an Offer to Purchase to the Finance Committee for the
purchase of the 300’ x 50’ parcel adjacent to his property, for
$1,925 plus title and engineering costs to become buyer’s
responsibility, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
this offer.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
