AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR CROP DAMAGE DUE TO
SEWER CONSTRUCTION (A. Basse)
WHEREAS, a claim for crop damage has been submitted by Alvin
Basse for damage caused by the construction of the sewer
interceptor project, and
WHEREAS, the claim covers damage to corn crops in the amount of
$150.75 and soybean damage in the amount of $25.00 for a total
of $175.75, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of
payment of claim.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize payment of the $175.75 claim of Alvin
Basse. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment shall be made from the
Borrowed Money Account funding the sewer interceptor project.
