ASSESSMENT POLICE POWERS UNDER SEC. 66.60. WIS. STATS. AS
TO SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT AREA FOR

BASS BAY SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin:
exercise its police power under Sec. 66.60, Wis. Stats., to levy

special assessments upon property within the following described
area for special benefits conferred upon such property by
installation of the sanitary sewers in streets abutting the

All that part of the N 1/2 of Section 15, Tom 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
described as follows:
All abutting properties along Bay Lane Place and Sobek Lane
South to and along the shore of Bass Bay to the C. J.
from 645 feet South of the North line of said Section 15
