AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS ~ ~~
FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR

LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Common Council authorized the expenditure of
$3,000 from TID #4 in Resolution 817-84 for the preparation of
plans and specifications by Ruekert h Mielke for sewer
installation on Ladwig Dr., and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee later directed the
engineers to include the property on Woods Road from Ladwig
Drive east to service the Schaumberg dwelling, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert ti Mielke will incur additional expenses
relating to this phase of the project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
does hereby authorize the expenditure of an additional $3,600
for the added expense of preparing the plans and specifications
for sewer installation on Ladwig Dr. and on Woods Road from
Ladwig Drive east to service the Schaumberg dwelling.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these plans and specifications will
be reviewed by the Public Sewer Committee prior to
authorization to proceed with the bidding process.
