DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Jeff Halbach requesting
Section 7, and
legal lot status for two parcels on Crowbar Dr. in the NW 1/4 of
WHEREAS, this property is zoned RCE which requires lot sizes of
120,000 sq. ft. in area with 250 ft. average width, and
WHEREAS, the combined width of the two parcels is 234.39 ft., and
WHEREAS, upon the granting of legal status to these parcels, the
access to Crowbar Drive, which is not permitted by the zoning
1.38 acre parcel with the petitioner's dwelling would be without
ordinance for parcels under 2 acres in size, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended denial.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does
hereby deny the request of Jeff Halbach for legal lot status for
Parcels 2 and 3 on Crowbar Dr. in the NW 1/4 of Section 7 because
the average width does not meet the minimum requirements of this
district and Parcel 1 would be without access to Crowbar Drive.
