APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Pierre N. Couture
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a on3 parcel division of the Pierre N. Couture property in the
NW 1 /4 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
property in the NW 114 of Section 8 subject to approval by the
finalize a one parcel division of the Pierre N. Couture
City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
