HONORING MUSKEGO'S AFS STUDENT - ZIANNE VALERIO
WHEREAS, for the past several years many local citizens have
given generously of their time and efforts to maintain the
American Field Service Program in Muskego, and
understanding, friendship and knowledge between the people of the
world by arranging an interchange of students between the United
States and other countries, and
WHEREAS, it is the aim of the AFS Program to promote
have as their AFS student Miss Zianne Valerio from the country of
Costa Rica, and
WHEREAS, for the past year Muskego has been privileged to
WHEREAS, Zianne has exemplified the purpose of the AFS
Program during her visit in Muskego,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby honor Miss Zianne Valerio as
Muskego's 1983-84 AFS student and extends to her an invitation to
return to our city some day in the future. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall
be sent to President Luis Alberto Monge Alvarez of Costa Rica.
