APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Julius Caesar
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Julius Caesar property in the NE
114 of Section 33, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a one parcel division of the Julius Caesar property in
the NE 114 of Section 33, subject to approval by the City
Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
execution of an easement to gain ingress and egress to the dam
on Big Muskego Lake.
