APPROVAL OF PRACTICE/SHOW DATES OF WATER BUGS
SKI CLUB ON LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, representatives of the Water Bugs Ski Club, Inc., have

requested permission of the Park and Recreation Board and the

WHEREAS, it is necessary that a certificate of insurance naming
the City of Muskego as co-insured be submitted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and the
Park and Recreation Board, does hereby approve of the water ski
practice and show use of the dock at Idle Isle Beach between the
hours of 5:30 P.M. and 7:45 P.M. as follows, subject to a
certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 coverage naming the City
of Muskeao as co-insured. to be submitted to the Citv for review
prior to-the first date of operation of May 16, 1984:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said group shall, as required by law
and/or ordinance, establish and mark pickup and drop-off areas
with regulatory markers, obey other applicable laws and
ordinances and remove said markers immediately after each session
stated above and not replace them until just prior to the next
session stated above.
