AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF TWO VANS
AND SALE OF OLD TESS CORNERS FIRE DEPT. AMBULANCE
WHEREAS, the Higgins Tower Service, S63 W16211 College Avenue,
has offered to donate two vans to the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, there would be minimum expense to convert one van with
electrical equipment for Mobile Center use, and use one van for
spare parts, and
WHEREAS, the old TCFD ambulance is in need of repair, and the
proceeds from the sale could offset the cost of converting the
van, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of
the donation of the two vans and granting permission to sell
the old ambulance.

3 Tess Corners Fire Department ambulance for sale, with the
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Police Chief to accept the donation
of the two vans from Higgins Tower Service and to offer the old
proceeds to be used to offset the cost of converting one van
for Mobile Command Center use.
