AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department has advised that their current
Horizon Phone System be purchased from AThT, and
phone system is obsolete and they have requested that the
would be $14,969.00, plus $1,995.00 for 5 extension phones at
WHEREAS, the cost of the phone system for the Police Department
the Tess Corners Fire Department, and
WHEREAS, with a total cost of $16,964.00, the savings would be
$600 per month or $7,200 per year, and
WHEREAS, the Finance committee has recommended approval for the
purchase of the Horizon Phone System at a total cost of $16,964
from tax incremental financing.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an
agreement for the purchase of the Horizon Phone System from
ATdT for the Police Department in the amount of $14,969.00 with
Fire Department in the amount of $1,995.00 with funds from
funds from TID #7, and 5 extension phones for the Tess Corners
TID #2.
