AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TELEPHONE SYSTEM
CITY HALL COMPLEX
WHEREAS, it is now possible to purchase the telephone system
for the City Hall Ccomplex, and
WHEREAS, by purchasing the equipment and wiring, the City would
save $750.00 monthly for the equipment and $23.60 monthly for
the wiring, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
of $16,802.87 for the 30 phone sets, plus $1,716.00 for wiring,
installed Horizon Communications System be purchased at a cost
with funds from TID #7, and
WHEREAS, the current charge for the rental of the telephone
system is the liability of TID #7.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an
agreement for the purchase of the Horizon Communications System
for the City Hall Complex at a total cost of $16.802.87 for the
TID #7.
