APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Vernon Meadows Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for a
preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon on lands
owned by Mr. John Stender, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of Muskego
and, therefore, falls under the extra-territorial powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat of the lands
owned by Mr. John Stender in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is conditioned upon
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee plus one dollar for each of
the eighty-one lots created, for a total of $106.00.
