APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
(General Motors Corp.)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from General
Motors Corp. to install a holding tank to serve their property at W194 S6945 Hillendale Drive in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Board of Health has approved
installation of said holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare Committee,
does hereby approve the installation of a holding tank to serve
Hillendale Drive in the City of Muskego.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
herewith.
