AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH METRO SANITATION FOR INSTALLATION OF
PORTABLE RESTROOMS AT PARK COMPLEXES
WHEREAS, the activities at the Idle Isle Park, Mill Valley
School, Muskego High School, Jensen Park and Bay Lane School
baseball complexes require the installation of portable
restrooms, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board and the Finance Committee
have recommended that the City enter into an agreement with Metro
Sanitation, Inc. for the rental of portable restrooms for a total
of $1 ,982.12 as follows:
Mill Valley School - 2 units - 511 - 9130184
Idle Isle Park - 4 units - 5/1 - 9130184
High School - 1 unit - 511 - 8/31/84
Jensen Park - 1 unit - 511 - 8/31/84
Bay Lane School - 2 units - 6/6 - 7/31/84
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and the
Parks and Recreation Board, does hereby authorize the execution
of an agreement between the City and Metro Sanitation, Inc. for
the rental of portable restrooms for a total of $1,982.12 as
follows:
Idle Isle Park - 4 units - 511 - 9130184
Mill Valley School - 2 units - 511 - 9130184
High School - 1 unit - 5/1 - 8/31/84
Jensen Park - 1 unit - 511 - 8/31/84
Bay Lane School - 2 units - 616 - 7/31/84
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement is subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
