AUTHOR LIZING EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER
ITERCEPTOR PROJECT - CONTRACT 6-83
WHEREAS, due to unfavorable conditions at the site of the
Engineers recommended that the contractor be permitted to
excavation for the Woods Road Sewage Pumping Station, the City
excavate an additional one foot below subgrade material and
replace this material with stone, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee and Finance Committee have
recommended approval, with the City's portion of the total cost
of $3,040.00 to be $760.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers, Public
Sewer Committee and Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the
Mayor to execute Change Order No. 2 for Contract 6-83,
authorizing the contractor to excavate an additional one foot
below subgrade material and replace this material with stone at
the Woods Road Pumping Station, with the City's portion of the
total cost of $3,040.00 to be $760.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this cost shall be charged to the
Sewer Utility with the same pro-ration as applies to the sewer
interceptor project.
