ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS FOR DENOON PARK
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WEREAS, the parks and Recreation Board has received the attached
bids for the construction work for the development of Denoon
Park, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and the Parks and Recreation Board
have recommended the following bid be accepted with funds from
TID 111,

Western Landscape Contractors, Inc.

Deduct for Metal Footbridae -2 .ooo.oo - All Alternates
TOTAL COST
36 ; 448.80
$246,020.76
and
WHEREAS, the City is waiting to hear the status of LAWCON funds
consulting firm of HNTB would reserve the right to renegotiate
for the project; and if such funds do become available, the
the contract award so the wages would comply with the federal wage rate for that portion only where the LAWCON funds wuld be
designated.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee and the Parks and Recreation Board, does hereby accept the low bid of the
following firm with funds from TID #1, 0
Base Bid $211 ,571.96
Deduct for Metal Footbridge -2,000.00
All Alternates 36,448.80
TOTAL $246,020.76
Western Landscape Contractors, Inc.
for the construction work for development of Denoon Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if LAWCON funds become available, the
consulting firm of HNTB may renegotiate the contract award SO the
wages would comply with the federal wage rate for that portion
only where the LAWCON funds would be designated.
