DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS
IN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 provides that the Common Council by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, pursuant to Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes
declare that the following weeds be termed noxious weeds within
the boundaries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin:
Canada Thistle
Perennial Sow Thistle
Bull Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Wild Mustard
Field Bindweed
