APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Ernest Youssi for
Rd. in the SE 114 of Section 10, and
legal lot status of Lot 1, Block 2 of the Ladwig Plat on Woods
WHEREAS, this area is zoned RS-3 which requires 100' average width and 15,000 sq. ft. in area and this lot has a 90' average
width and 19,480 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, provided
this lot will not be sold nor a building permit issued until
sewers are available.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the request of Ernest Youssi for legal lot
status of Lot 1, Block 2 of the Ladwig Plat on Woods Road in
the SE 1/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this lot shall not be sold nor a
building permit issued until sewers are available.
