APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL HOUR

WHEREAS, the Clerk has requested that the position of part-time
Sewer Utility Clerk be increased to full-time and that the
part-time secretarial position be increased to full-time, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of both
requests for a total of 33 additional hours, with the hours of
the Sewer Utility Clerk subject to Sewer Committee approval,
and recommended approval of refilling any position vacated by
an internal reassignment of duties, with Contingency Acct. No.
Utility surplus funds to cover costs of Sewer Utility Clerk.
58300-3212 to cover costs of the secretarial position and Sewer
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Clerk to increase the hours of the
Sewer Utility Clerk to full-time, subject to Sewer Committee
approval; increase the hours of the secretarial position to
full-time; refill any position vacated by an internal
position to Contingency Acct. 58300-3212 and Sewer Utility
reassignment of duties; and, charge costs of secretarial
Clerk to Sewer Utility surplus fund account, per attached.
