RESOLUTION #51-84
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(TESS CORNERS RETENTION POND AREA)
WHEREAS, the City is considering the sale of a portion of the
city-owned property in the NE 1/4 of Section 2 which had been
acquired for construction of the Tess Corners Retention Pond, and
iJHEREAS, the Plan Commission, Public Works Committee and
Finance Committee have recommended the sale of this property.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, does hereby indicate they are interested in selling
with the asking price to be determined by the Finance
two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 2 abutting Woodland Place,
Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineers are hereby
directed to prepare the certified survey map to finalize a land
division to create these two lots.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any offers to purchase shall be
submitted to the Finance Committee for recommendation to the
Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the revenue generated from tke sale
of these two lots shall be credited to TID #2.
