AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(LOCHCREST BLVD.)
WHEREAS, the City is considering the sale of City-owned
property on Lochcrest Blvd. in the NE 114 of Section 8 to
defray the costs of studying the feasibility for the purchase
of DandiLion Park, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has supported the sale
of this property, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the proposed sale and
recommended the property be retained as City property, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has no objection to selling
of Shore Ln., and
the portion of the lot not needed for possible future extension
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that portion of
the lot be sold.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
owned lot on Lochcrest Blvd. in the NE 114 of Section 8 with
does hereby indicate they are interested in selling the City-
the asking price to be determined by the Finance Committee.
