RESOLUTION #46-84
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF TIF FUNDS FOR
CULVERT INSTALLATION ON WOODS ROAD EAST OF
SANDY BEACH DR. (TID #4)
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has determined that it is
necessary to replace the culvert on Woods Road east of Sandy Beach Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee, upon the recommendation of
the City Engineers, has determined it would be in the best
interests of the City to purchase the culvert pipe, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee and the Finance Committee does hereby authorize the
expenditure of funds from TID t4 not to exceed $10,000 for the
purpose of purchasing pipe, guard rail, rip rap, etc. for the
replacement of the culvert on Woods Road east of Sandy Beach
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that authorization is also given for the
expenditure of funds from TID #4 not to exceed $5,000 for the
installation of the culvert.
