AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING FOR BIDS FOR THE
BASS BAY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
City advertise for bids for the Bass Bay Sewer Project.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Engineers, Ruekert &
Mielke, to prepare for the advertisement for bids for the Bass
Bay Sewer project but not proceed to advertise for bids until
the necessary acquisitions have been completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of the bidding shall be
reported to the Public Sewer Committee along with the
recommendation of the City Engineers, for recommendation to the
Common Council.
