THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, John Schaal has petitioned the Common Council to

WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that the
property be rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby authorize the City Attorney to draft the
necessary implementing ordinance for the rezoning of the property
described above from RS-3 to RS-3 00s.
