TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, on November 22, 1983, the Common Council authorized
the expenditure of funds from the Park Dedication Fund for the
replacement of the Jensen Center Dance Floor, and
WHEREAS, the quotes received were for less than antic
and
WHEREAS, the 1984 Operating Budget includes funds for
expansion of the Recreation Office, and
ipated,
the
WHEREAS, the quotes received were for more than anticipated,
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that an amount
not to exceed $1 ,300 be transferred from Acct. 27106, Park
Dedication Account to 57200-8000, Recreation Capital Items, to
cover the increased cost of office expansion.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the transfer of an amount not to exceed $1 ,300 from Acct. 27106
of the Recreation Office. to Acct. 57200-8000, to cover the increased cost of expansion
