AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF HEALTH AND DENTAL
INSURANCE AGREEMENTS FOR 1984
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has provided three health insurance
options to employees for 1984, along with a dental plan, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed Agreements with the
following and has recommended approval:
Associated Hospital Service, Inc. (renewal of existing
Associated Hospital Service, Inc. (COMPCARE Benefits)
Associated Hospital Service, Inc. (Dentacare-Smile Plus)
Samaritan Health Plan Cooperative
Blue CrossIBlue Shield Plan)
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the necessary
Agreements with the above insurance carriers.
