AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(INDUSTRIAL PARK)
WHEREAS, a survey of owners in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park resulted in the majorif responding in favor of selling the
City-owned lots and undevelo $ ed park in the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended Parcels 1, 2 and 3,
in Block 2 be offered for sale, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended Mooney h
Associates be authorized to sell said parcels.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission and
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize Mooney & Associates to
offer for sale, Parcels 1 , 2 and 3 in Block 2 of the Muskego
BusinessfIndustrial Park. I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all offers to purchase shall be
submitted to the Finance Committee for recommendation to the
Common Council.
