AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(RUBY DR.)
WHEREAS, the Committee to Study DandiLion Park and Other Lake
Accesses recommended the possible sale of certain city-owned
property, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Finance Committee have
recommended that Lot 62, Block 20 on Ruby Drive (Tax Key.
1121 74.171) be offered for sale.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission and
the Finance Committee, does hereby indicate they may be
interested in selling the following parcel of land.
Lot 62, Block 20 on Ruby Drive
Tax Key. #2174.171
NW 114 Sec. 4
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any offers to purchase shall be
submitted to the Finance Committee for recommendation to the
Common Council.
