AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PLAN COMMISSION
TO REPORT RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, John Schaal, S76 W18149 Janesville Road, has petitioned
his property from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s) for the purpose of lawnmower
the Common Council to amend the Zoning Districting Map to rezone
and small engine repair, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance requires the Plan
Commission to conduct a study and investigation and report its
recommendation to the Common Council within 30 days, unless a
longer period is stipulated by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, in order to allow the Plan Commission sufficient time to
report its recommendation to the Common Council, additional time
is requested.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant the Plan Commission an additional 60
days to report its recommendation to the Common Council on the
W18149 Janesville Road from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s) for the purpose of
petition submitted by John Schaal to rezone his property at S76
lawnmower and small engine repair.
