P AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPOINT COMMITTEE
TO PURSUE THE FEASIBILITY OF PURCHASING DANDILION PARK
FOR PARK PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Parks h Recreation Board has reviewed the
recommendations of the Committee To Study DandiLion Park and
Other Lake Accesses, and
WHEREAS, the Parks h Recreation Board recommends to the Common
Council that the Mayor appoint a committee to pursue the
committee, and
feasibility of implementing the recommendations of the study
WHEREAS, the Common Council recognizes that there could be some
hereby authorizes an amount not to exceed $1200 be taken out of
expenses incurred in making these decisions, the Common Council
the Park Dedication fund.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
and authorizes the release of funds not to exceed $1200 from the
park dedication fund for pursuing the feasibility of purchasing
the DandiLion Park property.
