AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER INSTALLATION ON LADWIG DR.
AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEERS TO PREPARE PLANS
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that the
city's consulting engineers be authorized to prepare plans and
specifications for the sewering of the Ladwig Drive area.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
Mielke to prepare the plans and specifications at a cost not to
does hereby authorize the city's consulting firm of Ruekert h
exceed $3,000 from TID #4, in order that public sewers can be
provided to the residents of the Ladwig Drive area.
