RESOLUTION #16-84
AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF KETTNER LAWSUIT
WHEREAS, Robert L. and Carol J. Kettner have a claim against
Maple-Aire Builders, Inc., and Maple-Aire Builders have a claim
against the City of Muskego, and all said claims are involved
in litigation, and
WHEREAS, the City may be released from said lawsuit upon
payment of the sum of $500.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney and Finance Committee have
recommended such payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Attorney
and the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the City
Attorney to pay $500.00 to settle said claim.
